What you will do

In Portugal

• Lead and develop the Portuguese IT team, ensuring seamless and
  - quality IT services for employees and guests.
• Manage external IT service providers.
• Partner with facilities and events teams to support seamless campus operations, including audio/video and network setup for conferences and
  - scale events, ensuring a
  - quality experience for C-level executives and
  - profile guests.
• Deliver
  - tier IT support and services to employees and visitors.
• Oversee IT onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle management, and procurement.
• Partner with facilities and events teams to support campus operations.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Globally

• Manage global IT support operations and mentor support engineers across multiple regions.
• Drive ITIL-based service management processes, including incident and change management.
• Lead and support internal IT projects with a global scope.
• Act as a strategic partner and backup to the Global IT Director.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in IT management or team leadership within international,
  - oriented environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Device and mobile management (Windows, mac
  OS, Intune, i
  OS, Android)
• Microsoft 365 admin tools and Office apps
• Networking and printing infrastructure (Fortinet is a plus)Familiar with ITIL processes, ISO 27001 standards, and ITSM tools.
• Skilled in project management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in cloud and AI technologies.
• Very good command of English and Portuguese.
• Nice to have experience with Atlassian, Adobe Cloud, Click
  Up, Figma, Freshservice, and 1Password.
