- critical environments, supporting initiatives across cybersecurity, IT risk and digital resilience at group level.


We are currently looking for an experienced Cyberculture Project Manager to reinforce an international cybersecurity team, with a strong focus on phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness initiatives across multiple entities.


Location: Lisbon (hybrid role)


Key Responsibilities

Cyberculture & Phishing Campaign Management

  • Coordinate and manage phishing test campaigns across multiple group entities.
  • Plan, maintain and monitor phishing campaign calendars at group level.
  • Prepare, execute and follow up phishing simulation campaigns on behalf of operated entities.
  • Ensure the interoperability and proper usage of the phishing simulation platform.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the phishing solution vendor.


Awareness, Support & Enablement

  • Provide support and training on the phishing test tool to Cyberculture correspondents across the group.
  • Contribute to the development of security awareness initiatives and propose new approaches and methods to improve engagement.
  • Foster collaboration between central teams and local entities involved in cyberculture activities.


Reporting & Risk Context

  • Produce and maintain regular reporting on phishing campaigns and related metrics.
  • Contribute to activity reporting within a broader IT risk and cybersecurity framework.
  • Understand and apply cybersecurity, IT systems and data management principles in line with regulatory expectations.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, security awareness or
    - related roles.
  • Practical experience with phishing campaigns or phishing simulation activities.
  • Ability to manage projects, campaigns and multiple stakeholders in an international context.
  • General knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity risks and related processes.
  • Ability to analyse data, synthesise information and communicate clearly.
  • Comfortable working in structured, regulated environments.
