What are we looking for?

• General knowledge of IT and cybersecurity fundamentals, particularly security operations, phishing threats , and incident handling processes;
• Ability to operate and monitor security tools to detect, analyse, and respond to phishing and
  - borne threats;
• Experience or familiarity with threat analysis platforms;
• Ability to analyse security events, perform basic investigations, escalate incidents, and produce operational reports;
• Capacity to support internal users on
  - related incidents and act as liaison between
  - users and cybersecurity teams;
• Basic scripting or automation skills (e. g. , Python) for reporting or workflow support are a plus;
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
