Job Responsibilities

1. Being part of security governance, contributing to the Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) framework.
2. Influencing the way we operate secure software.
3. Developing the software development process further, especially as regulations like those for autonomous driving are expected to strengthen.
4. Collaborating with product teams to ensure architecture and development meet current standards.
5. Guiding teams to implement technologies such as static and dynamic application security testing and fuzzing, under the umbrella of "Dev
   Sec
   Ops".
6. Developing and continuously optimizing the secure software lifecycle process in line with standards like UNECE R155.
7. Advising teams and establishing a
   - savvy developer expert group across all development teams within MAN.

Qualifications Needed

1. Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (e. g. , OWASP, NIST, ISO).
2. Experience in conducting risk assessments and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
3. Ability to monitor and improve cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
4. Experience in revising and implementing security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Supporting
   - functional teams to align with security objectives and compliance requirements.
