What is the challenge?

Strengthen the Risk Office team within IT Strategy and Governance, focusing on planning, coordination, and control of IT activities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify IT threats.
2. Developing and implementing IT risk management policies.
3. Monitoring IT systems for risks and reporting to management.
4. Ensuring compliance with laws and standards like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
5. Participating in incident response planning.
6. Educating employees on cybersecurity best practices.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management, audit, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST, ISO 27005) and tools like Archer or Metric
  Stream.
• Proficiency in IT systems, networks, security measures, and cloud computing.
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Arc
  Sight, QRadar.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are highly valued.
