Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, including roles as a security architect or engineer
• Expertise in designing and implementing security strategies for
  - premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and network security design
• Experience with security operations, SIEM, and incident response
• Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application security best practices
• Hands-on coding/scripting skills in Python or Power
  Shell
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac security
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance (PSD2, EBA, GDPR)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive change across teams
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
