We are looking for an experienced security professional to help define, implement, and continuously improve IT security practices across the organization, focusing on application security and secure Dev
Sec
Ops.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT security practices.
• Develop and enforce security IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments of internal and external applications, identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure Dev
  Sec
  Ops practices.
• Create strategy and support in security testing, code reviews, and validation of technical requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security controls across the software development lifecycle and cloud infrastructure, including preparation of technical documentation such as compliance reports and security architecture artifacts.
• Support the technical risk management process through vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and mitigation planning.
• Create and implement security awareness and training initiatives focused on secure software development and application security best practices.
• Ensure alignment of security practices with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e. g. , ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Support internal audits and contribute to certification readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security or a related role.
• Knowledge in OWASP, secure SDLC, and threat modeling.
• Knowledge in cloud security (preferably Azure or AWS).
• Strong communication skills with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of security governance frameworks and risk management principles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
