Your mission will be…

• Coordination of risk and asset management with SI stakeholders and internal suppliers by representing the SI interests and needs
• Contribute into all areas of Governance from an expertise background, enhancing the SI-specific governance framework, guidelines and instructions, including supplements to relevant circulars
• Support SI HQ on a governance perspective and collaborate with different internal and external providers on various levels of the company.
  

Your daily tasks will be…

• Support cybersecurity governance and guidance for Siemens Smart Infrastructure in coordination with the Countries for both IT and OT environments, so as for products, solutions and services.
• Establish and maintain collaboration and partnerships for the furtherance of information security objectives at the country level, HQ units’ level and Siemens Smart Infrastructure level
• Support in setting, monitoring, manage and report implementation of performance targets for the area of responsibility, aligned with the overall information security strategy and IT performance metrics.
• Work as an enabler to keep transparency and data quality high standards of SI assets portfolio.
• Define risk management requirements based on SI specificities and reporting needs. Support SI cybersecurity teams on achieving compliance with it. Suggest requirements for the enhancement of tooling interoperability landscape.
• Understand operational risk management throughout siemens cybersecurity processes. Be able to steer risk guidance for higher risk management levels.
• Drive risk transparency by providing regular cybersecurity status and risk reports for different management layers.
• Deliver training and information sessions at different levels and departments of the organization
• Streamline and excel cybersecurity responsibilities throughout the different SI countries and business units’ organizations.
  

We are looking for someone with…

• 5 - 10 years of Cybersecurity related work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Ph
  D, or relevant practical experience
• Deep technical knowledge or expertise in cyber security governance and risk management
• Up to date understanding of current trends in the security industry
• Practical experience engineering infrastructure, application, and data security solutions
• Specialized in at least one of following different areas: Secure Implementation, Security Testing, Secure Project Integration, Secure Manufacturing, Security Audit, Cybersecurity Governance, Cybersecurity Risk, ISO27001
• Proven interpersonal skills including attention to detail, communication and customer management skills with advanced
  - solving skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (including security terminology).
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a
  - paced,
  - motivated, able to work in an independent manner.
