We are looking for a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Eligibility:

Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.

Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.

Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to complex CIS Security remediation activities for NISC-managed CIS.

Conduct IT infrastructure remediation activities in collaboration with Service Delivery Managers and Subject Matter Experts.

Apply approved security configurations (hardening settings) for IT infrastructure elements.

Advise technical staff on best practices related to daily security operations.

Develop and deliver CIS Security awareness presentations for system administrators.

Plan, deploy, and configure a variety of hardware, software, and security products.

Perform other related duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of computer and communication security, networking, and the vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications.

Proven experience with virtualization technologies (e. g. , VMware), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.

Solid background in system and network administration.

Experience with implementing and integrating CIS Security protective measures in Active Directory environments.

Familiarity with Cyber Hygiene and the Critical Security Controls for effective cyber defence.

Strong analytical and
- solving skills for complex technical scenarios.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues to technical and
- technical audiences.
