About the Team

The Information Systems Security (ISS) team is at the heart of Mantu’s digital resilience. We ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data and systems across the organization. As part of a
- growing, international structure, we drive cybersecurity excellence, compliance with global standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc. ), and proactive threat management.

Your Role: ISS Officer

As an Cybersecurity Officer, you will play a key role in protecting Mantu’s digital assets and responding to evolving cyber threats. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to strengthen our security framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive information and systems.
• Monitor security events and analyze logs using SIEM and other detection tools to identify and respond to threats.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and documentation.
• Maintain and update security documentation, including incident response plans, risk assessments, and control matrices.
• Collaborate closely with the internal IT and infrastructure teams to embed security into all technical components and projects.
• Support compliance initiatives and audits by providing evidence and recommendations.
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives across the organization.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional passionate about cybersecurity and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Engineering diploma in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• First professional experience in cybersecurity operations, preferably in a Security Operations Center (SOC) as a security analyst.
• Strong understanding of security monitoring tools (e. g. , SIEM, EDR, firewalls) and incident response platforms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt in a
  - paced environment.
• Proactive mindset, creativity in
  - solving, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications such as SC-200 (Microsoft Security Operations Analyst), AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Engineer), or equivalent.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e. g. , Open
  AI) to enhance productivity in security operations, reporting, or automation.
