About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Operations & Maintenance Specialist to support the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of IT Cybersecurity Services. This role combines
- on technical responsibility with advisory functions, ensuring the security, stability, and compliance of IT systems and processes. The successful candidate will manage existing security services, drive new cybersecurity initiatives, and support tooling related to PKI, secrets management, OS security, and more.

What you'll be doing:

• Operate and maintain IT Cybersecurity Services, ensuring availability, security, and compliance.
• Provide expert advice to users and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices, secure configurations, and system architectures.
• Support and troubleshoot tools for managing:

PKI and X. 509 certificates

OS user security

Secrets management

Code signing

• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver cybersecurity solutions, security checks, and compliance support.
• Respond to business queries regarding configurations, security designs, and information security reviews.
• Drive activities related to deprecated operating systems and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in cybersecurity projects and change management processes (e. g. , NSCC).
• Take technical ownership of assigned modules or features, ensuring quality deliverables (code, documentation, configurations).
• Explain technical recommendations clearly to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Provide weekly status updates on completed tasks, upcoming plans, and identified risks or blockers.
• Adhere to development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and use approved tools for documentation and reporting.

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience in IT security operations, systems administration, or cybersecurity engineering roles.

Strong understanding of:

• TLS and X. 509 Certificates
• Basic cryptography fundamentals
• Web Application Firewalls
• Endpoint protection software
• Authentication and access control methods

• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting security tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and secure software development practices.
• Experience with change management processes and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, concise, and structured.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and
  - technical audiences.
