The Cyber Defense Project Management team is in charge of managing and delivering the Security projects and Programs related to the Cyber Defense products**Services**:
- Building new security products in order to provide capabilities allowing to reduce AXA IT security risks;
- Deploying security products within AXA Group Operations and to AXA entities in alignment with the AXA security strategy;
- Enhancing security products in alignment with product roadmaps to maintain and improve security capabilities and operational efficiency. **For this specific job we need people with**:
- Service will require BS/MS Business Administration, Project management, Computer Science or relevant Engineering Degree;
- Service will require **project management certification** (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince 2);
- **Expertise in projectmanagement** (3 years);
- **Expertise in Information Security field** (2 years);
- English environment (including technical Information security in English)**How the day by day will look like**:
- Accountable for the operational delivery of a project (On time, On Budget, On Scope);
- Leading the project team under responsibility (technical experts, suppliers);
- Reviewing and negotiating projects plans and schedules, maintaining full accountability for the delivery of the project;
- Reviewing and managingthe progress of projects to ensure execution is in accordance with defined plans;
- Monitoring and managing the project/program budget and expenditure to ensure project is delivered to agreed budgetary commitments;
- Identifying and tracking risks, issues and alerts on projects and ensuring appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored;
- Acting as liaison between Cyber Defense and various technical and business communities within AXA to communicate the project status, ensuring alignment with own change activities and promote continuous collaboration;
- Communicating relevantand timely information to stakeholders to ensuring visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks, issues and associated with delivery;
- Managing change requests (budget, planning, scope): Exposing decisions to be made, proposing solutions, gaining and recording decision approvals;
- Distributing project information with appropriate reporting. - **Fluent in English (spanish is a plus)**:
