Your mission will be:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation: Define and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives; Drive strategic initiatives across IT, OT, and PSS domains; Develop and maintain the global cybersecurity operating model for SFS; Support the CCSO in strategic
   - making and direction setting.
2. Governance and Program Management: Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks; Lead cybersecurity program management and oversight; Coordinate and run cybersecurity boards and committees; Drive implementation of governance processes across business units.
3. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage cybersecurity budgets; Oversee resource allocation for strategic initiatives; Monitor and report on program financials; Evaluate and propose investments in cybersecurity capabilities; Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cybersecurity processes; Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring program effectiveness; Identify and implement best practices across the organization; Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
4. Partner Management: Represent cybersecurity interests in committees; Build and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators; Coordinate with business units and country organizations; Support communication of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Advanced certifications in project management or cybersecurity governance (e. g. , CGEIT, CISM) are highly desirable.
• Experience & Skills: Long-term experience in cybersecurity focusing on strategy and governance; Proven track record in program management and strategic planning; Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks; International business experience is advantageous; Proficient understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards; Knowledge of IT, OT, and PSS security requirements; Familiarity with risk management methodologies; Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
