THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Cybersecurity Senior Advisor – IT Security for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Implement cybersecurity best practices across all project stages — from design and development to delivery and maintenance;
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, fostering a security‑first culture and sharing technical and regulatory knowledge;
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and international cybersecurity regulations, particularly those relevant to the financial sector;
• Apply and monitor adherence to international standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, DORA, and others as required.

What We're Looking For

• Proven professional experience in similar role(s);
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, with strong emphasis on cloud environments, Kubernetes security, APIs, microservices, and high‑availability architectures;
• Exceptional analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities, anticipate risks, and propose innovative and effective security solutions;
• Critical assessment of risks in new implementations, evaluating potential impacts and developing robust mitigation measures aligned with business objectives;
• Continuous identification of vulnerabilities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements;
• Advanced knowledge of major cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure;
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written & spoken).
