We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our technical cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and responding to security incidents, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, and leveraging
- edge technologies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including phishing campaigns and alerts from SOC teams
- Utilize XDR and SIEM platforms to investigate and mitigate threats
- Present technical findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to improve security posture and incident response processes
- Participate in the development of reports and data analysis using Office365 tools, especially Excel
- Conduct threat hunting activities to proactively identify undetected threats
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity services
- Hands-on experience with XDR and SIEM technologies
- Strong analytical skills in handling phishing and other cyber threats
- Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents reported by SOC teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in
- facing roles - In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto’s XSIAM and XSOAR platforms
