Cybersecurity Specialist – Incident Response & Threat Analysis

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our technical cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and responding to security incidents, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, and leveraging
- edge technologies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including phishing campaigns and alerts from SOC teams
• Utilize XDR and SIEM platforms to investigate and mitigate threats
• Present technical findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to improve security posture and incident response processes
• Participate in the development of reports and data analysis using Office365 tools, especially Excel
• Conduct threat hunting activities to proactively identify undetected threats

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity services
• Hands-on experience with XDR and SIEM technologies
• Strong analytical skills in handling phishing and other cyber threats
• Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents reported by SOC teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in
  - facing roles
• In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto’s XSIAM and XSOAR platforms
