We're hiring: Cybersecurity Specialist (M/F)

Location: Sacavém | Hybrid model (2 days remote / 3 days
- site)

Sector: Energy & Critical Infrastructure | Direct contract

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architectures for OT systems
• Apply
  
  Security by Design
  
  principles in projects and system upgrades
• Collaborate with SOC teams on incident detection and response in OT environments
• Monitor and enhance security controls, vulnerability management, and system hardening
• Align OT cybersecurity with internal governance and regulatory frameworks (e. G. NIS2)
• Support training and awareness efforts within technical teams
• Represent the company in cybersecurity working groups and industry events

What we're looking for:

• Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and systems administration
• Familiarity with security frameworks:
  
  CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443
• Experience in
  
  industrial systems
  
  (e. G. SCADA, PLCs) is highly valued
• Previous work in the
  
  energy or utilities sector
  
  is a plus
• Cybersecurity certifications or postgraduate training are an advantage
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
