Overview

Cybersecurity Specialist – Hybrid (Lisbon). We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to focus on protecting critical information assets, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, industry standards, and enabling secure business operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement, and maintain the organization’s information security strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Strengthen the enterprise’s security posture by safeguarding networks, systems, and applications.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, addressing emerging threats in real time.
• Security operations, including incident detection, response, and recovery.
• Vulnerability management, penetration testing, and continuous monitoring programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations and frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, risk, and business teams to align security with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT security management or cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
