Czech Customer Advisor for NIKON - Lisbon, Portugal

Join our support team for one of the most respected photographic brands, Nikon, in Lisbon, Portugal. We are looking for a Czech native or fluent speaker with strong English communication skills to provide excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting customers via phone and email by answering questions about products and services.
2. Offering solutions through troubleshooting and resource utilization.
3. Building meaningful relationships with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
4. Meeting and exceeding service quality, compliance, and productivity goals.
5. Creating valuable customer experiences.
6. Following management directions and providing feedback.

Requirements:

1. Native or proficient Czech (C2 level).
2. Advanced English skills (at least C1), both verbal and written.
3. Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and strong writing skills.
4. Analytical and
   - solving abilities with attention to detail.
5. Curiosity to learn and improve.
6. Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
7. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and work onsite.
