As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries
• Offering specialized customer support via written and phone communication
• Building meaningful relationships, answering customer questions courteously, friendly, and professionally
• Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
• Creating an excellent customer experience that customers value and that we are proud of
• Following management directions and providing feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Native or proficient level of Czech (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail
• A desire to learn, grow, and be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work
  - site in Lisbon)
