This position is designed for individuals passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers with inquiries related to a wide array of electronic products, providing support for technical issues, product information, and order management. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Czech for inquiries pertaining to electronic products.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and address
  - purchase inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain an effective support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on new product offerings and perform duties in accordance with company policies.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and product offerings.
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a
  - oriented approach.
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot electronic products.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
