The primary purpose of the Client Concierge is to improve the Social Media Platform advertising experience by resolving issues and enhancing client satisfaction. Advertisers and agencies will contact the Social Media Platform for
- sales support, customer service, and troubleshooting via this service.

Responsibilities:

Support our client as an Advertising Sales Representative, growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and
- paced environment.
Be part of a team of
- class sales professionals.
Drive sustained sales and proactively find new selling opportunities. This support will be in Czech and English.
Exhibit exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; willingness to experiment; ability to thrive in a dynamic,
- focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.
Previous experience in a similar role, with experience in sales and marketing, is mandatory.
Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
Native or C2 level of Czech language, fluent in English.
Fast learner.
Good team player.
Possibility of joining training from your country during December. You will need to relocate to Portugal in January.
Refund of the initial flight ticket to Portugal after 6 months.
Accommodation provided by the company, including a private room in a shared apartment in Lisbon.
Expenses paid by the company (water, electricity, internet, cleaning services).
Private health insurance.
Two yearly flight tickets paid by the company.
Free social activities.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
