Your role: answer questions, solve problems, and guide customers with care and professionalism.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Use your knowledge of cars & digital tools to solve issues
• Keep clear notes of customer cases in the system
• Work with teammates to improve customer experience
• Stay updated on services, offers & policies
• Be friendly, warm & enthusiastic in every interaction
