Key Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions
• Commit to a consultative sales approach to support client goals effectively
• Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
• Prioritize outreach efforts based on client understanding and needs
• Research markets, industries, and client business models for better insights
• Leverage local business knowledge to customize experiences for advertisers
• Provide personalized recommendations to meet diverse client needs
• Enhance client experiences through optimal product adoption and performance assessment
• Develop expertise in client advertising solutions and their impact on performance
• Actively learn and share knowledge to improve ad products and customer experience
• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients as needed to boost revenue

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Czech (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
