You'll be joining a trusted team that supports one of the world’s leading social media platforms , helping to enforce community standards and ensure platform safety. Your responsibilities will include moderating
- generated content and applying internal guidelines to assess, report, or take appropriate actions where needed. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Review and moderate reported content (posts, videos, images, and live streams) in line with
- specific community guidelines
Identify and escalate violations related to hate speech, graphic content, misinformation, and other sensitive topics
Evaluate flagged content to ensure it adheres to legal and ethical standards
Accurately document and report outcomes of moderation decisions
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency in
- making
Work collaboratively with team leads and quality assurance for complex or borderline cases
Stay informed on policy updates and global cultural context relevant to content review
Handle graphic, sensitive, or disturbing material professionally and responsibly
Participate in training, calibration sessions, and continuous performance development✅ What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Czech (C1 or native level – written and spoken)Good level of English (B2 or higher – for internal communication and reporting)Valid right to work in Portugal or willingness to relocate (relocation support provided)Strong sense of judgment, ethics, and responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
Emotional resilience and ability to process sensitive content
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and adaptability to new tools
Flexible and available to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management is a plus , but not mandatory
