Mercier Consultancy BG is excited to expand our dynamic team by welcoming a Czech Speaking Consultant for our Video Streaming Platform in Lisbon. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting our Czech-speaking clients as they navigate and utilize our
- edge video streaming solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure an exceptional client experience by providing support and expertise to resolve issues, answer questions, and enhance their engagement with our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized support to Czech-speaking clients through the onboarding process and ongoing usage of the video streaming platform.
• Effectively address client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in Czech.
• Conduct educational sessions to empower clients with a thorough understanding of the platform's capabilities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique video streaming needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and propose solutions for platform improvements.
• Keep abreast of trends in the video streaming industry to share relevant insights with clients.
• Document client interactions and contribute to the enhancement of support documentation.
• Fluency in Czech and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or consultancy, preferably in technology or video streaming sectors.
• Familiarity with video streaming platforms and relevant digital media technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess and address client requirements effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster lasting relationships with clients.
• Proficient
