What will you do?

• Assess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards
• Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines
• Moderate comments, posts, and appeals to maintain a respectful space
• Label and classify content for improved organization and accessibility
• Ensure compliance with legal and
  - specific standards
• Document actions taken and report on recurring moderation trends
• Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams for complex cases
• Support a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Candidate profile

• Fluency in English and Czech (written and spoken)
• Excellent attention to detail and efficiency in repetitive tasks
• Ability to adapt quickly to frequent policy updates
• Independence and focus in a structured work environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Resilience in handling sensitive and potentially distressing content
• Previous experience in moderation, social media, or a related field is a plus
