Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce a vacancy for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Financial Services team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide support to our Czech-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through our financial products and services. Your ability to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction will be key to our success. Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries in Czech related to financial services via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information about our financial products and services.
3. Assist clients with account management, transaction issues, and service complaints promptly.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and
   - up.
5. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience.
6. Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings.
7. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and build loyalty.
8. Fluency in Czech and English, both spoken and written.
9. Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
10. Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
11. Strong
    - solving skills and ability to handle challenging inquiries.
12. Familiarity with customer service software and financial applications is a plus.
13. Interest in financial products and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
14. Ability to work independently and in a team in a
    - paced environment.
