About the Role

We're looking for a Czech-speaking Online Marketing Sales Expert (Tier 2) to join an international tech team in Lisbon, Portugal. If you're passionate about digital advertising, love client interaction, and want to work for a major global tech brand, this is your chance. You'll help small and

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Czech-speaking small‑business clients.
• Contact new and existing advertisers via phone, chat, and email to identify opportunities.
• Provide consultative sales support to help clients reach their marketing goals.
• Offer personalized campaign recommendations and insights for performance improvement.
• Research market trends and business models to provide tailored advertising solutions.
• Deliver pre‑and post‑sales support for digital advertising products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and product impact.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (C2) and strong English (B2‑C1).
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a BPO or digital marketing environment.
• Knowledge of online marketing strategies and digital ad platforms.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and highly motivated personality.
• Strong communication and client‑handling skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (if not already based there).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required.
