Position Summary
The D2C Website Expert is an Above Market Point of Contact, supporting Nestlé e
Business Category Leads and markets to drive and accelerate the implementation and rollout of the Direct to Consumer (D2C)/e
Commerce Strategy and help stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more effectively and efficiently, by coordinating all projects related with the business priorities. The D2C Website Expert will work with a focus on internal D2C/e
Commerce platforms and will be responsible for providing regular performance and optimization reports, sharing best practices cross markets/categories, managing and accessing markets' requests (on tools, new functionalities etc. ) and then coordinating actions with the e
Business Category Leads to drive website optimization, conversion and efficiency. Typically, the D2C Website Expert will be assigned to one of the many Nestlé Business Category (Coffee, Food, Pet Care, Waters, Confectionary, Dairy, Nutrition, NHS, Nestlé Professional, …).

Business Category Lead(s) in implementing D2C/e
Commerce strategies, assessing brands and market maturity (solutions, ways of working, resources, budget…). - Advocates the implementation and usage of D2C/e
Commerce Global Solutions adopted by Nestlé and Nestlé internal shared services (services and recommended tools). - Coordinates Annual Plan execution, managing stakeholders involved and coordinating to ensure actions and deadlines related to the D2C environment are performed and met.
- Coordinates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline, proposing actions to key stakeholders to increase conversions.
- Analyzes the consumer funnel and brings inputs to improve conversion.

Commerce website through training sessions and webinars. - Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the D2C strategy effectively and efficiently.
What Will Make You Successful
- More than 5 years in working as a D2C or e
Commerce manager with focus on website performance, digital marketing strategies and best practices (working with large FMCG brands is a plus). - Proven experience coordinating D2C/e
Commerce projects with focus on website performance (rollout, implementations, optimizations, enhancements). - Successfully delivered KPIs by monitoring and pushing for improvements to markets.
- Extensive knowledge of the D2C/e
Commerce end‑to‑end process, from development to daily operations, to better coordinate rollouts and optimisation projects. - Good communication skills.
- Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking.
- Proven change management experience.
- Team‑oriented mentality and attitude.
- Results oriented, capable of dealing with complex organisational models and multiple stakeholders (e
