The Role:

• Deliver tailored solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform for major global clients.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, and delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Leverage the Power Platform to extend and integrate D365 functionality.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants, developers, and business analysts in an agile delivery environment.

• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, etc. ).
• Proficiency with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Azure Dev
  Ops (preferred).
• Fluent English;
  
  based in Portugal (remote or hybrid options available).
