We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) technical professional to support a major
- year D365 CE transformation programme for a leading global legal organisation.

Two position's can be hired at either Lead Developer and Senior Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, customisation, and extension of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and related modules).
• Architect or build Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop advanced CRM customisations using Java
  Script, C#, plugins, cloud flows, and workflow activities.
• Support
  -
  - end architecture and solution governance across the D365 CE landscape.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Design and oversee integration patterns between D365 CE and enterprise systems.
• Produce or contribute to architecture artefacts—HLDs, MLDs, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion engineering best practices.
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes, testing cycles, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of
  - on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Sales module essential).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform—Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and custom extensions.
• Proficiency with C#, Java
  Script, plugins, workflow activities, and
  - based integrations.
• Experience delivering complex CRM or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Background in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services is highly advantageous.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solution designs or robust technical implementations.
