Position: D365 CRM Functional Consultant
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: Flexible Hybrid
Your Mission:
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the CRM platform delivers maximum value. You will be responsible for capturing and refining requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting the continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 CRM across sales and marketing.
Main Tasks:
- Document and translate requirements into user stories, process flows and functional designs
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet the business’ specific needs.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with the product owner
- Coordinate with developers, testers and vendors on solution delivery
- Assist with user acceptance testing, training and adoption support.

- date knowledgebase. - Serve as a functional expert during project meetings, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
Qualifications & Professional skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM functional consultant or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE and working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM data model, business process flows and workflows.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with other Microsoft technologies (e. g. , Azure, Share
Point, Power BI). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- MS Certification in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform or Azure.
