The Emeis Group is currently rolling out a
- wide financial and procurement information system, based on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform.

In this context, the Group is looking to set up a team to maintain the application in RUN mode, in parallel with its gradual deployment in the various countries (deployments being handled by the project team).

In this context, you will be responsible for:

- Provide level 2 functional support, by:

o Processing level 2 tickets.

o Analyzing the needs expressed by business users to identify appropriate solutions.

o Drafting functional specifications (developments, parameterizations, etc. ).

o Collaborating with the developers in charge of upgrades to Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.

o Organizing and carrying out tests on Microsoft D365 and Power Apps).

o Working with the developers in charge of developments on Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.

o Organizing and carrying out tests in collaboration with the Procurement teams.

o Communicating the new functionalities implemented, and training users if necessary.

o Monitoring the production
- out of developments on D365 and Power Apps.

- Monitor developments in applications interfaced with the ERP and analyze potential impacts.

- Participate in documentation, training and management change.

Profile required:

- Graduated with a Bac +3 in computer science, you have 1 to 2 years of professional experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Fin
Ops).

- Ideally, you have knowledge of the Microsoft Power Apps environment.

- You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, particularly in English.

- Ideally, you speak French.

- You are organized, rigorous and enjoy working in a team.

- You can make proposals, are curious and show initiative.

- Position based in Lisbon.

- Full-time permanent contract.

- Hybrid position.
