The Emeis Group is currently implementing a
- wide financial and procurement information system based on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform.

We are looking to establish a team to maintain the application in RUN mode, alongside its phased deployment across various countries, which is managed by the project team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing Level 2 tickets.
2. Analyzing business user needs to identify suitable solutions.
3. Drafting functional specifications for developments and parameterizations.
4. Collaborating with developers on upgrades to Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
5. Organizing and executing tests on Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
6. Working with developers on developments for Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
7. Coordinating testing with Procurement teams.
8. Communicating new functionalities and providing user training as needed.
9. Monitoring the deployment of developments on D365 and Power Apps.
10. Monitoring developments in related applications and analyzing potential impacts.
11. Participating in documentation, training, and change management.

Profile required:

• Graduated with a Bac +3 in computer science, with 1 to 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Fin
  Ops).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, especially in English.
• French language skills are advantageous.

• Position based in Lisbon, with a hybrid work arrangement.
