This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside our client, a global news publisher. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing potentially sensitive internet content daily, ensuring a quality experience for millions of internet users. You will have the chance to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s news site. Content Reviewers are tasked with maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Your work:

You will serve as a central point for moderating reports related to abuse and harassment among Virtual Reality users.

You will develop solutions based on protocols, procedures, and instructions.

You will manage various types of reports generated by users.

From the outset, you will actively contribute to excellent and proactive moderation regarding user behavior and virtual reality world rules.

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish speaker (C1+) and good knowledge of English (B2).
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Ability to deliver
  - quality results with strict attention to detail.
• High resilience to sensitive content.
• Ability to stay positive during challenging assignments.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to client updates on workflows and policies (“fast learner”).
• Attendance and availability according to schedule rotations.
• Participate in roundtable discussions to share insights on trends and provide feedback to the support team.
• Expertise in all policies, ensuring compliance with client workflows, including exposure to egregious content, political speech, hate speech, and cultural discussions.
• Valid work permit for Portugal/EU ID.
