Your role as a customer advisor will include:

• Providing first contact resolution to customer queries
• Offering support via written and phone communication
• Building meaningful relationships with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance, and productivity targets
• Creating valuable customer experiences
• Following management directives and providing feedback

To succeed, you need:

• Native or proficient Danish (C2)
• Advanced English skills (C1 or higher), both written and verbal
• Excellent communication, attentive listening, and strong writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with attention to detail
• A desire to learn and grow
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on-site work)
