Job Description:

We are currently seeking a

Danish Customer Support Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Danish-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information and solutions to customers questions and concerns

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service expectations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications

Fluent in Danish (C2) with a strong command of English.

Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen, residence card, etc. ).

Strong

- making skills.

Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
