We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an on‑site team in Porto that provides support for passengers, bookings and travel‑related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, solving problems in real time, and creating smooth service experiences for individuals worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails and chat interactions from Danish‑speaking customers, providing guidance on reservations, schedules, policies, procedures and travel‑related assistance.
- Document interactions, clarify details, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and quality specialists to resolve more complex cases and deliver accurate, timely information.
- Contribute to identifying common challenges and recommending improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with team leaders and quality specialists, receiving structured training on tools, systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish (English is a plus).
- Strong communication, empathy, patience and a highly service‑oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, collaborative environment.
- Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in structured schedules and on‑site teamwork.
Working Conditions
- Location: Porto (on‑site).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
- Full‑time employment.
