Salary Package:

€1, 740/month + benefits

You’ll be the
- to person helping customers with everything from account access to
- related concerns, making real impact every single day.

About the Role

As a Customer Support & User Enablement Representative , you will:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, effective solutions
• Educate users on how to get the most out of mobility services
• Spot trends in user feedback and support service improvements
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve user experience

What We’re Looking For

• Native/Fluent in Danish (C1+)
• Confident English communication (B2+)
• Strong
  - solving & active listening skills
• A team player with a positive,
  - oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus
