What You'll Be Doing

• Providing
  - class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and
  - sized business clients
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with care and efficiency
• Working in a dynamic and international environment alongside passionate colleagues
• Being part of a brand that values innovation, excellence, and user experience

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record
