Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, and live chat. Youll provide accurate information, solve problems efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good English communication skills
