As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist you will analyse and optimise advertising campaigns, improve performance, and support clients in reaching their marketing goals. This is a strategic, analytical, and performance‑driven position.

Work Model

Hybrid (a few days in the Lisbon office, remaining days from home)

What You'll Do

• Analyse and optimise digital ad campaigns
• Develop strategy based on client goals
• Manage programmatic and paid media products
• Identify trends and propose improvements
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams

Relocation Options

Candidate Profile

• Strong command of Danish
• Good level of English
• 1+ year experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance optimisation
• Comfortable with data analysis and Excel
• Analytical, organised, and solution‑oriented
