Job Title: Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist in Lisbon

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing optimization solutions and strategies for
- value clients.

In this role, you will specialize in social media advertising and Google Ads management, focusing on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for
  - value clients.
• Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
• Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, You
  Tube, Mobile).
• Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization;
  
  
  
  experience with Google, Facebook, Tik
  Tok, or other online marketing platforms is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.
• Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
• German language proficiency: minimum B2 level.

Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: €23, 000
• Annual Premium Bonus: €3, 240
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7. 63 / working day
• Annual Transportation Bonus: €720
• Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross salary

• Assistance with NIF and NISS registration
• Help finding accommodation
• Relocation bonus: €2, 000 for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal, €1, 000 for candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area
