- notch support before and after their trips. Your Tasks- Answer incoming calls from customers and travel
- Sell cruise packages and suggest
- ons (cross-sell & upsell)- Support with bookings and
- booking
- Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and
- Assist travel agents with managing bookings
What We’re Looking For- Proficiency in Danish and a good level of English both written and
- Experience in sales – a must!- Background in tourism or travel agencies – big
- Customer service or call center experience –
- Good digital skills and attention to
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken
