Job Opportunity: Danish-Speaking Customer Support Advisors Remote from Portugal (with Relocation). Start Date: 5 June. Location: Portugal (Remote with full relocation support). Relocation Package: Included (flight + accommodation support).

This is a priority project with limited spots.

About the Role

As part of the customer support team, you will provide simple inbound assistance to drivers in need of roadside support. No sales involved just clear and empathetic communication over the phone. You’ll handle incoming calls, provide calm and helpful responses in emergency situations, and coordinate basic support.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound assistance to drivers requesting roadside support
• Communicate clearly and empathetically over the phone; no sales
• Handle incoming calls and respond calmly in emergency situations
• Coordinate basic support steps as needed

Qualifications

• Native Danish speaker with B2 level English
• Calm under pressure, friendly, and helpful
• Able to work on rotating shifts (40 hours per week, 24/7; 2 days off)
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
