We are currently looking for Danish and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your New Role

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be responsible for handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.

Respond to customer inquiries in an effective and timely manner, ensuring a
- quality service is provided

Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience

Perform administrative tasks such as documentation management and database updates

What You Need to Succeed

Fluent or bilingual in Danish and English

Computer literate (able to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously)

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Excellent communication skills (comfortable communicating with customers through various channels)

Ability to multitask and work independently while being a strong team player
