We are currently looking for Danish and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your new role

• With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
• Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a
  - quality service is provided.
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience.
• Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

What You Need To Succeed

• Danish and English fluent or bilingual.
• Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel).
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).
• Ability to
  - task by working independently, while being a team player.
