Responsibilities include reviewing graphic content on social media, making decisions based on platform guidelines, handling sensitive customer inquiries, and ensuring a safe environment for users. You will apply guidelines accurately to maintain quality, privacy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review content submitted by users or internal systems for compliance with guidelines.
• Classify or remove sensitive content according to client parameters.
• Escalate complex content to supervisors following procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information appropriately.
• Manage requests and comments across media channels.

Qualifications

• Native-level Danish language skills (written and spoken)
• Resilience to stress
• Motivated and positive attitude
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (40 hours/week)
