What the job is about

• Handle inbound calls from Danish-speaking customers interested in cruise packages; your friendly voice will be the gateway to their memorable journey.
• Sell and upsell cruise packages and related products, adding value and crafting tailored experiences.
• Provide
  - booking and
  - management support, working with both customers and
  - agent partners.
• Answer questions on destinations, vessels, documentation, pricing and more—becoming a trusted advisor for guests keen to explore the world.

Requirements

• Has Danish language skills at C1 level and strong English ability (B2) for seamless
  - team communication.
• Has proven sales experience—closing deals and building rapport is second nature.
• Has prior customer‑service or BPO experience (advantageous).
• Is comfortable working with a computer and handling various systems with ease.
• Makes swift, confident decisions, maintains a positive outlook even under pressure.
• Is ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to match the demands of the business.
