Danish Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring
- quality support. - Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring positive experiences.
- Update customer records and track feedback to improve service.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (native or C1 level).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
